Keith joins TerraGo with a background in the utility and municipal industry.  For almost 25 years, Keith was involved in business development with utility rate/tariff auditing, demand response initiatives, and electric and gas contract development. His work with municipal streetlighting systems included audits for billing analytics and refunds, as well as GIS audits for LED conversion projects. 

Most recently, Keith helped cities and utilities deploy Ubicquia’s platform for managing smart city, small cell and smart grid services.  He was instrumental in the award of National Grid’s Phase 2 – Smart City Project making Schenectady, NY one of the top innovative smart cities in the Northeast U.S.

Keith is a graduate of Wheaton College and lives in Western New York with his wife and their five children. He’s been active in coaching his kids’ school and travel soccer teams.
