It’s been a great year of events for TerraGo so far, at both familiar shows and new! 

We returned to Distributech in sunny Orlando and made tons of new friends the old-fashioned way – by giving them free beer. Once we had them on the hook, we gave demonstrations of our UtilityOps, our smart grid operations platform that is currently being used by 8 out of the 10 largest U.S. utilities. Our CEO & President, Dave Basil, was also featured in an interview with Kurrant to discuss the challenges U.S. utilities face and the smart city solutions they’re deploying the most, as well as how industry players are leveraging AI. He also touches on what vendors looking to enter the US utility market need to know before taking the big step. You can watch the full interview here.

This was also our first year exhibiting at TechAdvantage in San Antonio, where we met even more like-minded people interested in transforming the way they manage all of their smart assets and devices using our software. 

Next week, you can catch us at Smart Cities Connect in Raleigh, North Carolina, where we’ll be awarded another prestigious Smart 20 Award for our work with Ameresco on the Philadelphia Smart Streetlight Deployment and Community Engagement Software project! Later this month, we’ll be exhibiting at the Smart City Expo USA in New York City.
