David Ellison is a well-accomplished professional with over 30 years of technology and leadership experience. He’s held board, advisory, C-level, and other senior executive positions across a wide range of companies and industries, including SurfWatch Labs (acquired by TerraGo), RedCloud Security (acquired by Avigilon), Group Logic (acquired by Acronis), Metron Aviation (acquired by Airbus), ERA (acquired by SRA International), iLumin (acquired by Computer Associates), and Disclosure (acquired by Primark Corp.).

Dave Basil

Director

Dave Basil has more than 35 years of experience as a successful technology entrepreneur with a proven record of building innovative, market-leading software companies. Under his leadership, TerraGo’s Cities and Utilities business was launched 10 years ago and has grown to serve 9 of the 10 largest U.S. utilities as well as 15 of the 30 largest U.S. cities, along with leading cities worldwide. Today, TerraGo’s operations platform is trusted to manage over 10 million critical infrastructure assets—including distribution assets, grid components, sensors, streetlights, and more—while supporting a broad range of city and utility solutions.

Joe Del Guercio

Director

Prior to joining TerraGo, Joe Del Guercio was a director with LPL Financial Services, a Boston- and San Diego-based independent broker dealer, with responsibility for strategic planning, new product development and acquisitions. He started his career as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs and Robertson Stephens, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, private and public equity financings and restructuring.

Jonathan Perl

Director

Jonathan Perl has over 20 years of venture capital experience focused exclusively on early-stage information technology companies. Representative recent past investments include iLumin (acquired by CA), ERA (acquired by SRA International), Metron Aviation (acquired by Airbus), RedCloud Security (acquired by Avigilon), and Flyby Media (acquired by Apple).

Bob Borzillo

Director

Bob Borzillo is a recognized industry leader who has been at the forefront of the smart cities movement, with a tenure marked by the successful delivery of groundbreaking technology solutions. Formerly the Vice President of Smart Cities for Itron (NASDAQ:ITRI) and a partner in several startups, he possesses over thirty years of experience in managing utility technology solutions.

Sasha Weintraub

Director

Sasha Weintraub, the Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer for Duke Energy, brings over twenty years of experience and a track record of implementing customer-focused solutions that deliver long-term growth to TerraGo. Weintraub also currently serves on the boards of directors of the American Gas Association, the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America, Envision Charlotte and Charlotte Hearing and Speech Center.

Dave Basil has more than 30 years of experience as a successful technology entrepreneur with a track record of building innovative, high-growth, market-leading software companies. Since joining TerraGo over 10 years ago, Dave has worked closely with the world’s leading cities and utilities, delivering a no-code software platform that helps them make the leap from legacy infrastructure and manual procedures to smart devices, connected field crews, automated workflows and paperless operations.

Jeremy Ferrell

VP, Operations

With over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, Jeremy has had a distinguished career with NextEra Energy, where he gained extensive expertise in project management, business development, business operations, contract negotiations, account management, and strategy development. His wealth of experience will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen and expand our operational capabilities at TerraGo.

Mike Gundling

VP, Marketing

Mike Gundling is an experienced CMO and product management executive with a proven track record of leading venture-backed B2B technology startups to rapid growth with innovative market approaches and game-changing products. Prior to joining TerraGo, he held senior positions at Metron Aviation, (acquired by Airbus), ERA (acquired by SRA International), iLumin (acquired by CA) and Primark (acquired by Thomson Reuters).

Chip Hathaway

VP, Products

Chip Hathaway has over 20 years in the software product and IT industry as an executive of product management and engineering teams. His most recent role was Vice President of Customer Delivery for SurfWatch Labs, and prior to that, Mr. Hathaway was Vice President of Product Management and Development for Metron Aviation (acquired by Airbus in 2011), and had leadership and technical roles at Commerce One, Inc. and Computer Business Methods.

Brian Kosem

VP, Finance

Brian Kosem brings to TerraGo close to twenty year’s software development industry experience where his primary responsibilities are overseeing all the finance and accounting practices, as well as company governance.  Brian has worked for both public and privately held companies, and has been involved in multiple successful M&A transactions over the years.

Scott Lee

VP, Defense & Intelligence

A native of the Birmingham, AL area, Scott Lee joined the US Navy in 1993 as an all-source and imagery analyst serving aboard the USS Mount Whitney (LCC-20) in Norfolk, VA and USSTRATCOM in Omaha, NE. Following service and education in Omaha, he joined the ERDAS IMAGINE team in Atlanta, GA where he worked in several capacities to include training, project management and business development.

Charlie Nobles

VP, Sales

Charlie Nobles leads TerraGo’s sales efforts in the Smart City and Utility markets, bringing extensive experience in utility operations, metering, and outdoor lighting control. He previously held leadership roles at Ubicquia, Progress Energy (now Duke Energy), and Sensus, where he managed advanced metering and smart grid initiatives in both the U.S. and Europe.

Arie Herweijer

Director, Business Development International 

Arie Herweijer has more than 30 years of experience in successful International Sales, Business Development and Partner management. He built a strong global network with demanding customers from reputable world leading companies in a wide range of technology and software solutions. He previously held senior positions at Fokker Aircraft, Atos Origin, Saab ATM, Metron Aviation, Airbus and L3Harris.

Keith Tyson

Director, Business Development, Smart Cities & Utilities

Keith Tyson joins TerraGo with a background in the utility and municipal industry.  For almost 25 years, Keith was involved in business development with utility rate/tariff auditing, demand response initiatives, and electric and gas contract development. Most recently, Keith worked in the smart utilities and cities industry with streetlight network lighting controls, AI Edge processing and 4G/5G small cells.  He was instrumental in the award of National Grid’s Phase 2 – Smart City Project in Schenectady, NY.
